Zane now offers the latest generation of Waterco heat pumps that extract heat from the air – similar to a reverse cycle air conditioner – and cost very little to run. The two ranges available are the Electroheat MkII and the Subzero with various sized models to suit different pool sizes and applications.
How it Works
Electroheat uses refrigeration technology to extract heat from the surrounding air and transfers it to the swimming pool.
The Electroheat produces over four times more heat energy than the electrical power it consumes. For every 1kW of electricity consumed, Electroheat can produce over 4 kW of heat. This provides savings up to 80% over propane gas, 50% over natural gas, and 500% over electric heaters. Read More
