About Zane Solar Pool Heating Systems
How
it works
The system uses the natural energy of the sun to heat your pool. The water from
your pool is heated as it flows through a series of absorbers strategically
installed on your roof. The heated water is returned to the pool to increase
the overall temperature of the water. Unlike fossil fuel heaters, Zane's heating
process does not pollute the environment with harmful of combustion by-products.
As an added bonus, after the initial set up costs, the Zane solar system running
costs are minimal.
Practically Invisible on your Roof
Each Zane System is designed specifically to fit the needs of your roof... only
Zane is so adaptable. There's no denying the aesthetic elements that a swimming
pool introduces to your home environment. So, the last thing you want is a solar
pool heating system that detracts from this image. Zane's flexible strips are
easily installed on most types of roofing material and where appearance is of
prime importance, can be fitted, virtually invisibly, into the roof's contours.
When suitable roof area is at a premium, the installation of a Zane system can
be varied to ensure the best result is achieved. Aesthetically designed and
practically conceived, the Zane system is as unobtrusive as its is functional.
Flexilok
Connections
It has been a long-recognised fact in the solar Industry that the critical part
of any solar system is at the point where the solar absorber tubes are connected
into the manifold system. The Zane 'Flexilok' system has been designed with
an expanded, self-locking mechanical seal which locks the absorber internally
within the manifold, to provide a flexible, watertight connection.
