1. About Zane and our dealer network
Zane designs and supplies pool heating and related products. Our products are sold, installed and serviced through a network of independent authorised dealers. Except where we state otherwise, Zane does not sell, quote for, install or service products directly to consumers through this website.
Any quote, sale, installation, service or other work is provided by the relevant dealer as an independent business. Any resulting contract is between you and that dealer. While we select and support our dealers, we are not a party to, and are not responsible for, the acts, omissions, workmanship, quotes or representations of any dealer, except to the extent required by law.
2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about our products, find a dealer and make enquiries. You agree not to:
- use the website in any way that breaches any law or regulation, or infringes anyone’s rights;
